We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading international company specializing in high-precision industrial solutions, a Part-Time Office Assistant (50%) to support the local management team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Your Role
As a key member of the local office, you will provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support while ensuring the efficient coordination of internal operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the local management team.
- Preparing and updating reports, presentations, and internal communication materials.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and project follow-ups.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence across various communication channels.
- Organizing and maintaining company records and documentation.
- Supporting HR administration and internal procedures.
- Assisting with the coordination of operational activities.
- Processing accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Preparing financial reports, dashboards, and budget summaries.
- Monitoring cash flow forecasts and financial performance indicators.
- Supporting internal control procedures and ensuring administrative compliance.
- Providing versatile administrative assistance to support the overall business operations.
Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment.
You have:
- A vocational qualification or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in an accounting or administrative position.
- Previous experience in an accounting department is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Experience working with ERP systems and business management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of an additional language would be considered an asset.
