Key responsibilities in your new role
Inform your colleagues: You will support various communication activities including-
writing articles, creating videos and newsletters to share important developments and messages from Backend management with the whole Backend organization in an intuitive understandable way,

creating and maintaining intranet sites and databases

Experience project management: You will practice various aspects of project management such as planning activities, ensuring their successful and timely completion, even in the face of changing circumstances
-
Organizational talent: You will support the planning and organization of physical/ virtual management workshops and events enabling smooth event conduction and effective discussions
-
Teamwork is dreamwork: You will interact and collaborate with several other departments and functions
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Study field: You are currently studying business administration, industrial engineering or similar
Experience: You have already gained initial experience in the area of project management and/or change management
Interests: You are highly motivated to analyze complex business topics in a structured way with a high degree of self-initiative
Skills: You provide strong analytical and communication skills and possess proficiency in MS Power Point and MS Excel, knowledge of Camtasia is a plus
Availability: You are interested in a long-term collaboration of 16-20 hours per week
Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, written and spoken

Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.

You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
