We, Vision4Quality GmbH, are a young, fast-growing software company based in Würzburg. Since 2021, we have been developing AI-powered, camera-based quality inspection and worker guidance systems for the industrial sector, making us the only solution that combines operator guidance, automatic optical inspection (AOI), and AI in a single no-code system.

For technical sales in Germany and internationally, we are seeking an independent, articulate, and persuasive individual based in Germany (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
- Active acquisition of new customers both domestically and internationally, as well as the management and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships
- Technical and commercial consulting for our customers on camera-based inspection and worker guidance systems
- Conducting product demonstrations and on-site customer visits, both domestically and internationally
- Preparing, drafting, and following up on proposals, as well as conducting contract negotiations
- Close collaboration with the product team to convey market and customer requirements
- Establishing and maintaining a structured CRM process for international leads and existing customers
Your qualification
- Ideally, a bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of technical products that require explanation—ideally in the fields of image processing, automation technology, measurement technology, or mechanical engineering
- A strong technical understanding and the ability to explain complex solutions in an easy-to-understand way
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade in direct customer interactions
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time (domestically and internationally)
- Fluent in German and English
- An independent, structured approach to your work combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Residence in Germany
- Driver's license
