STUDIO DELAUER is a Berlin-based womenswear brand focused on refined, minimal silhouettes and responsible production within Europe. Designed, made and owned by women for women, we create elevated wardrobe pieces through responsibly sourced fabrics and local manufacturing.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing & Content Manager who combines the creative eye of a brand marketer with the analytical mindset of a growth marketer.

Your Responsibilities
Growth Marketing & Strategy
* Own and coordinate the overall marketing calendar
* Plan and initiate seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas and new product launches
* Work closely with the founder to develop marketing strategies and growth initiatives
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and customer acquisition
Performance Marketing
* Manage and optimize Meta and Pinterest advertising campaigns
* Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results
* Develop and test new creative concepts for paid advertising
* Use Google Analytics to understand customer behaviour and identify growth opportunities
Email Marketing & CRM
* Implement & manage Klaviyo
* Create newsletters aligned with brand aesthetic & marketing plan
* Build and optimize email flows and automations
* Segment audiences and improve customer retention
* Analyze email performance and continuously optimize campaigns
Content & Social Media
* Develop content ideas that align with the visual language of STUDIO DELAUER
* Prepare Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest content
* Edit short-form videos and prepare social media assets
* Support content production and creative planning
Workflow
* Confidently use tools such as Higgsfield, CapCut, Notion and similar tools to improve workflows, marketing and content creation.
* Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and actively explore how they can strengthen the brand.
* Work closely with the founder while independently driving your own projects.
* Support and coordinate a Marketing Intern where appropriate.
* Help build scalable marketing processes as the company continues to grow.

Requirements
* Previous experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion or a premium consumer brand.
* Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
* Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, including flows, automations and audience segmentation.
* Experience using Google Analytics to evaluate website performance and customer behaviour.
* A strong visual eye and a deep understanding of premium brand aesthetics.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize, implement, and manage multiple projects.
* A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
* Confidence working with tools such as Higgsfield, CapCut, Notion and similar
* Exceptional written and spoken English.
*Regular on-site collaboration is expected, especially during onboarding.

You should be comfortable setting your own priorities, proactively identifying what needs to happen next and taking responsibility for driving projects forward.
