At the same time, real estate is responsible for a total of 36 percent of CO2 emissions and 40 percent of energy consumption. Facility management with its on-site presence plays a central role in the decarbonization of the building sector. Strategic Green Real Estate Manager (f/m/d)
‘Green Real Estate’ with a focus on energy efficiency and decarbonization - help our customers reach their sustainability targets
What your responsibilities will be:
Drive overarching, strategic tasks in the field of Green Real Estate, such as
Manage strategic projects (e.g., in the light of new regulatory requirements, future contract models for green products, uniform KPI reporting, energy data transparency)
Drive (strategic) product development of Green Real Estate products, with tasks such as
Develop vision, target picture and roadmap for a specific Green Real Estate solutions (e.g., e-mobility, change to renewable heating) and growth areas
Scale products and develop concepts for the operationalization of products
