Our office in Germany is currently looking for a Sales & Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for somebody with strong organisational skills, a passion for Japan travel, and previous experience managing customer service operations within the travel industry.
Main Responsibilities
Working with the sales manager to develop and maintain relationships with B2B travel agencies and partners
Assisting customers throughout the booking and travel process
Assisting the sales team with both B2C and B2B enquiries and bookings
Designing and reviewing tailor-made travel itineraries to Japan
Supervising supporting and coordinating the small customer service team in Germany
Coordinating shipping and logistics processes related to travel documents and products
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring operational organisation
Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks when required
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times
Dealing with any administrative and ad-hoc requests related to the smooth running of the Berlin office and the International team.
Experience working with B2B travel agencies
Previous experience designing travel itineraries to Japan
Previous customer service experience within the travel industry
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive attitude
Must speak German to a native level
Must speak English to an advanced level
Must have either lived in or travelled extensively throughout Japan
Accustomed to operate in an international environment
