Der Consultant Technical Solutions & Development ist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung individueller Erweiterungen und Integrationen für Infor COM. Der Fokus liegt auf Webservices, Schnittstellenentwicklung, Individualprogrammierung in LJ4 sowie dem Einsatz moderner KI-Technologien zur Entwicklung innovativer Kundenlösungen. Dabei verbindet die Rolle technische Expertise mit fundiertem Prozessverständnis und berät Kunden hinsichtlich technischer Möglichkeiten und strategischer Weiterentwicklungen.

Analyse und Aufnahme von Kundenanforderungen und Geschäftsprozessen
- Erstellung technischer und fachlicher Konzepte für individuelle Lösungen
- Aufwandsschätzung und Machbarkeitsbewertung von Kundenanforderungen
- Entwicklung, Anpassung und Wartung kundenspezifischer Erweiterungen in Infor COM
- Umsetzung von Individualprogrammierungen auf Basis der Programmiersprache LJ4
- Konzeption und Entwicklung moderner Webservices und Schnittstellen
- Anbindung externer Systeme über Webservices, APIs und Integrationsplattformen
- Entwicklung innovativer Add-ons unter Einsatz aktueller KI-Technologien
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen entlang der Kundenanforderungen
- Technische Beratung unserer Kunden zu Möglichkeiten, Grenzen und Auswirkungen geplanter Erweiterungen
- Unterstützung von Presales-Aktivitäten durch technische Lösungsansätze und Aufwandsschätzungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Beratern, Projektleitern und Kunden zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten.

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder technischen Beratung
- Gute Kenntnisse von Infor COM bzw. vergleichbaren ERP-/ECM-/Dokumentenmanagement-Lösungen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Konzepte und Lösungskonzepte
- Kenntnisse in der Programmiersprache LJ4 oder vergleichbare Programmiersprachen (Visual Basics)
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Webservices, APIs und Schnittstellen
- Verständnis moderner Integrationsarchitekturen und Cloud-Technologien
- Interesse an aktuellen KI-Technologien und deren Einsatz im Unternehmensumfeld
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen mittelständischer Unternehmen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung.
