Role: IT Operations & Compliance Specialist
Location: Munich, Hybrid
Required skills:

Several years of professional experience in a broad IT role covering IT operations, project delivery, support and compliance

Experience providing first-level IT support and coordinating with external IT service providers
-
Experience managing business-critical applications and collaborating with internal business departments and external partners
-
Experience planning and delivering IT projects focused on digitalisation, automation and compliance
-
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk and DORA
-
Experience translating regulatory requirements into IT compliance measures
-
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment
-
Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Intune
-
Knowledge of IT security and data protection standards, including ISO 27001
-
Experience documenting IT processes, preparing reports and maintaining internal standards

Strong methodological and analytical skills

Completed degree or vocational training in IT, Business Informatics or a related field

Fluent in German and English
-
Independent and structured working style with a high level of initiative
Nice to have:

Experience working with a Security Operations Centre (SOC)

Practical experience in IT client management and process optimisation
