- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering.
- Formal Training or proven experience in System Engineering in the rocket motors for missile product essential
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the development process of military products
- Experience and an understanding of rocket motors and missiles essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a matrix-organisation
- Good computer literacy, specifically in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) as well as familiarity with on-line collaboration tools such as Teams or Webex. Basic skills in SE modelling and RE tools.
- Excellent reading, writing and communication skills in English is essential. The ability to communicate in German will be an advantage
- The role calls for a focused, individual with excellent interpersonal skill and a high degree of attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
