HUB Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time / Saturdays)

Commitment: Part-Time (Saturdays required, with potential for a few extra hours during the week)

At Standert, we don’t just build bikes; we build a community. Our HUB is the heart of that community—a place where riders connect, talk gear, grab a coffee, and pick up their dream builds. We’re looking for a friendly, bike-minded human to join the team and hold down the fort on Saturdays.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the face of the HUB, making sure everyone who walks through the door feels welcome. Your day-to-day will look a bit like this:
Bring the energy: Greet customers, riders, and curious passersby as soon as they step inside.
Talk bikes (and more): Offer top-tier service and advice, whether someone is looking for new kit, booking a consultation, or just chatting about their next route.
Keep them fueled: Whip up great coffees and hand out drinks to keep the community vibing.
The exciting part: Assist customers with their brand-new bike collections and make sure their first look at their new Standert is unforgettable.
Keep it looking sharp: Help with visual merchandising to ensure the HUB looks fresh, organized, and on-point.
Who You Are
A people person: You genuinely enjoy chatting with people and making them feel at home.
Bike-adjacent (or obsessed): You have a solid understanding of cycling culture and products (bonus points if you’re already a fan of what we do!).
Reliable: Saturdays are our busiest days, so we need someone who is dependable and brings great energy every weekend.
Proactive & flexible: You’re happy to jump between pulling espresso shots, talking geometry, and tidying up the shop floor.
Language skills: Fluency in both German and English is a huge bonus! Our community is local and global, so being able to switch gears between languages is amazing.
