As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will strengthen our go-to-market execution by creating high-impact sales enablement across our multi-product SaaS portfolio (20+ solutions), turning solution expertise into field-ready messaging, assets, and e-learnings that increase win rates - and you will build an AI-first enablement engine that scales certification without adding manual review overhead.
You will work closely with Solution Engineers, subject matter experts, and designers to ensure our enablement content is consistent, compelling, and used in real customer interactions. In addition, you will establish a pragmatic win/loss feedback loop - translating deal learnings into continuous improvements to enablement and internal certifications.
-
Build an AI-first enablement & certification model: use AI to enable, assess, and certify Account Executives and Business Development reps at scale, reducing the need for manual certification review by Presales/SEs.
- Design and manage internal certifications (levels, assessments, recertification cadence) to improve AE execution - especially in deals without Solution Engineers’ involvement.
- Translate solution expertise into field-ready messaging and assets (talk tracks, discovery guidance, objection handling, competitive positioning) with Solution Engineering and Design.
- Run a win/loss insights loop and convert learnings into updates for our messaging, enablement, and certifications.
- Build scalable Sales Enablement content (onboarding + continuous learning) that is practical, adopted, and measurable.
- Continuously innovate: keep evolving our enablement and certification processes with new formats and tools, and design them to be genuinely engaging - driving high voluntary participation from Sales.
-
