In this role, you will play an important part in delivering a high-quality employee experience, supporting key HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Core responsibilities will include:

Independently managing local HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding for Germany & Austria

Acting as a first point of contact for employees on HR administrative related matters

Preparing and managing works council hearings in compliance with labor and co-determination regulations

Organizing and overseeing local onboarding processes, including their continuous improvement

Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and reference letters

Supporting the implementation of national and international HR projects

Assisting in change management initiatives and organizational development measures

Supporting local recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process

Analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient local HR processes, particularly regarding outsourcing administrative tasks

Managing and collaborating with external service providers

Preparing HR analyses, reports, and key performance indicators
Your Profile
-
Completed university degree or relevant commercial vocational training, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources

Initial relevant professional experience in an HR function, preferably within a mid-sized company

Solid knowledge of HR administration

Basic knowledge of labor law and works council regulations is an advantage

Initial experience working with works councils

Hands-on experience in recruiting and applicant management

Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style

Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

High level of service orientation and a hands-on mindset

Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar) is a plus

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
