Position 1: Social Media Ambassador (Germany)
Responsibilities
Social Media Operations
- Manage German market social media channels including Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and publish localized content related to Gold, Forex, Crypto, and trading market trends
- Assist in producing trading education, market analysis, and campaign content
- Increase brand awareness, follower growth, and community engagement in Germany
- Monitor German trading industry trends and competitor activities
Trading Content Support
- Assist in publishing:
- Gold market analysis
- Forex market updates
- Bitcoin / Crypto news
- Macro-economic and trading-related content
- Support localized distribution of trading content for the German market
- Collect feedback from German users regarding trading products and user experience
Translation & Localization
- Translate announcements, campaigns, product updates, and marketing materials into German
- Optimize localized communication and content quality
- Support German-language marketing and branding materials
Marketing & Event Support
- Assist with online AMA sessions, Twitter Spaces, webinars, and livestreams
- Support offline meetups, trading workshops, expos, and conferences in Germany
- Help connect with local KOLs, traders, and communities
Business Support
- Support user onboarding and trading conversion
- Assist Affiliate / IB growth campaigns in Germany
- Collect local market insights and competitor intelligence
Requirements
- Based in Germany
- Experience in Forex / CFD / Crypto trading
- Familiar with Gold, Forex, Bitcoin, and financial markets
- Experience using MT4 / MT5 / TradingView
- Familiar with Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Social media or content creation experience preferred
- Fluent in German and English
- Passionate about trading and financial markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with brokers, exchanges, or prop trading firms
- Existing Affiliate / IB / trading community resources in Germany
- Trading content creation experience
- Video editing, graphic design, or AI tool skills
- Existing finance or trading KOL network

Position 2: Community Ambassador (Germany)
Responsibilities
Community Management
- Manage Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, and other German-speaking communities
- Maintain community engagement and user relationships
- Assist users with:
- Gold Trading
- Forex Trading
- Crypto CFD Trading
- MT4 / MT5 usage
- Deposit and trading-related questions
- Build and maintain relationships with local traders and communities
User Growth & Conversion
- Support user onboarding and KYC processes
- Assist with deposit and trading conversion
- Support Affiliate / IB growth initiatives
- Maintain relationships with VIP users and active traders
Marketing & Event Support
- Organize and support:
- Trading AMA sessions
- Market analysis discussions
- Online webinars
- Offline meetups and workshops
- Support local expo and conference execution in Germany
Translation & Localization
- Translate announcements, campaigns, and trading-related content into German
- Support localized community operations
Business Support
- Collect trader feedback and local market insights
- Assist with competitor and market research
- Support local business development activities
Requirements
- Based in Germany
- Familiar with Forex / Gold / Crypto CFD trading
- Real trading experience preferred
- Familiar with MT4 / MT5 platforms
- Familiar with Telegram / Discord community ecosystems
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Able to maintain long-term community relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing trading community resources in Germany
- Experience working with brokers or trading platforms
- Experience in livestreams, trading analysis, or signal communities
- Experience organizing offline events
- Finance or trading social media experience
