About the Role
As a Freight Forwarder Reefer Specialist, you will manage the entire process from A to Z for temperature-controlled shipments. Your focus will be on delivering operational excellence while building strong relationships with customers and partners. You will also contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting commercial activities.
Your main responsibilities include:

Coordinating and managing end-to-end sea freight export orders

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Partnering effectively with truckers and carriers

Identifying opportunities to expand our customer base

Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional results

You will join a dedicated Reefer team located in Hamburg, consisting of 15 skilled colleagues who work closely together to deliver outstanding service. We are looking for a candidate who:

Has completed a freight forwarding traineeship and brings 1–3 years of experience

Has a strong understanding of food products and takes pride in the details

Demonstrates business acumen and independent drive

Thinks outside the box and remains flexible in a fast-changing market

Is fluent in both German and English

Can motivate themselves and work dynamically

Is conscious of quality and responsibility, even under pressure
