For a multinational company, leader in designing, producing and commercializing automation machinery we are searching for a:
Accounting & Administration Specialist
Mission:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Accounting & Adiministration Specilist ensures the proper administrative and accounting management of the subsidiary and gives support commercial back office and service activities.
Main responsibilities:
Accounting & Administration:

Manage accounts receivable and payable (invoicing, accounting entries, credit notes);

Ensure compliance with local accounting and VAT regulations;

Manage purchase and sales invoice recording according to German accounting standards;

Perform bank statement reconciliation and cash flow monitoringMonitor deadlines (payments, collections, tax-related deadlines);

Support month-end closing and reporting to HQ;

Coordinate with external advisors (tax and payroll in Germany).
Knowledge and experience:
Education & Technical Skills:
-
Degree or diploma in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent;

Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles;

Advanced knowledge of Excel;
-
3–5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles;

Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
