Strategic and data-driven Account Growth: Collaborate with 150-200 high-value SMB restaurant partners in Western Germany to retain and expand their business, identifying new upselling and cross-selling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion initiatives based on KPIs.

Maximising potential: Proactively identify opportunities to unlock additional revenue potential for both our partners and Uber Eats while selling ads, offers and boost visibility and performance on our platform.

Risk Mitigation & Retention: Actively identify potential risks to partnerships and work swiftly and diligently to ensure partners receive the best possible experience, striving for 100% account retention while also meeting our restaurant partners onsite app. once a week.

Partner Advocacy: Collect and synthesise valuable feedback from restaurant partners, transforming these insights into actionable information that informs and drives our product and business roadmap.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with our merchants, positioning Uber Eats as their preferred delivery platform.

Account planning: Build long-term growth and marketing plans with your partners via regular business reviews and data analysis.
- What You Will Need --
2+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or upper management in the retail/food industry.

Outgoing Personal Skills and Willingness to travel: Visit our partners in person in NRW and Hessen while planning appointments by your own. You need to own a drivers license.

Customer Lifecycle Navigation: Experience navigating the complete customer lifecycle, including prospecting new contacts within existing client organizations.

Self-Starter Mentality: A proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: The ability to clearly articulate value propositions, address objections, overcome obstacles, and secure commitment from partners.
