Position: Customer Success Specialist (m/f/d)
Relevant Experience: 2-3 years

Own the full customer success lifecycle — from onboarding new clients to providing ongoing 1st & 2nd level support and guidance

Develop a deep understanding of Banfico’s products and act as a voice of the customer in discussions with the internal product management team

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, coordinate and run meetings and workshops

Understand and document gaps and open issues and track them to closure

Assist the sales team by delivering product demos, helping with RFP responses and supporting the client due diligence process

Participate in performance and governance reviews and provide insights to clients about their product request/response metrics, working collaboratively with them to analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities

Keeping track of regulatory and industry developments relevant to the product area and helping assess their impact on clients and product requirements

Proactively monitor client performance, product usage, trends and relevant operational metrics to identify risks, issues and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in customer success, pre-sales support, or business analysis is required

Industry experience in SaaS or IT services is required

Industry experience in payments or fintech is preferred

Strong attention to detail with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently and proactively is required

Excellent command of written and spoken English at business level is required

Knowledge of additional European languages, specifically French, German, Italian and Spanish is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

Working understanding of APIs, request/response flows, HTTP methods, status codes, and common integration concepts, combined with a proactive attitude toward building deeper product and technical expertise over time

Data driven and analytical mindset
