As our B2B Sales Manager Germany, you will be responsible for building and growing Wizemed’s B2B business in the German market.
Your focus will be to acquire new partners, develop long-term relationships with Sanitätshäuser, purchasing groups and distributors, and convert market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.
You will play a key role in establishing Wizemed as a trusted supplier in the German mobility, rehabilitation and care equipment market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the B2B sales approach for the German market.
- Identify, approach and acquire new business partners, including Sanitätshäuser, purchasing groups and distributors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and product presentation to negotiation and closing.
- Increase sales volume through partner onboarding, account development and repeat business.
- Represent Wizemed at customer meetings, industry events and trade fairs.
Your Profile
- 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in the German medical device, mobility, rehabilitation or care equipment sector.
- Proven track record in generating revenue and acquiring new business partners.
- Existing network with Sanitätshäuser, purchasing groups, healthcare distributors or relevant B2B customers.
- Good understanding of the German healthcare market, including GKV, private insurance and Hilfsmittelnummer-related processes.
- Fluent German at native level and professional English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Germany.
- Valid EU driving license, Class B.
