Key responsibilities:
Operational Management
Cost reduction by controlling the stock value, suppliers used, forecast, flow management and subcontracting.
Distribute responsibilities among the team to ensure deadlines compliances and respect of the performance KPIs(Customer satisfaction,QHSE indicator, OTP, Productivity Food cost, Maintenance cost, Material cost)
HR Management
Forward relevant information to site management (sick leave, vacation request forms, medical visits, attendance sheets, schedules, etc.).
Ensure the smooth operation of the department by complying with all applicable regulations and company agreements (break times, weekly rest periods, working time agreements, vacation scheduling)
Management
prepared (vehicles, phones, printers, etc.).
Hygiene, safety, quality and security
Apply and enforce hygiene and food safety principles (including HACCP and internal non-negotiable standards), ensuring proper handling, storage, transportation, and traceability of products.
Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, as well as all applicable food safety, security, and regulatory requirements related to the activity.
Promote a strong QHSE culture (I CARE), ensuring adherence to procedures, clear communication of guidelines, and effective use of company tools and systems.
