The Team
A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. The team offers a unique opportunity to develop an international career in Transaction Advisory, working on high-impact projects across Germany, Europe, and globally.
How you will contribute

Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Germany and Europe, collaborating with Managing Directors.

Apply financial analysis skills to understand commercial aspects and valuation drivers in transactions.

Participate in formal and informal training to enhance skills.

Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals to gain a broader understanding of due diligence and deal processes.

Engage with Managing Directors for mentorship and involvement in business development and marketing.

Network internally and externally to build relationships across service lines and industries.
Qualifications

Prior experience in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects, preferably at a Big 4 audit firm.

Strong academic background from a leading university or equivalent.

Proficiency in stakeholder management and client relationship management.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Fluency in German and English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
