That’s why we’re looking for an ambitious Affiliate Outreach Specialist who enjoys building relationships, creating partnerships, and expanding our affiliate and creator network across the DACH market.
What You’ll Do
As an Affiliate Outreach Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Achaté’s growth through influencer and affiliate partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively identifying and recruiting new influencers, content creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors that align with the Achaté brand.
- Reaching out to potential partners via email, direct messages, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators and affiliates.
- Managing ongoing partnerships and ensuring creators have everything they need to succeed.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, product launches, seasonal sales, and major events such as Black Friday.
- Monitoring affiliate performance and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Supporting TikTok Shop growth through creator collaborations and affiliate activation.
In short: you will ensure that the right people are talking about Achaté and promoting our products in a way that fits our brand.
Who You Are
- You are outgoing, persuasive, and enjoy building relationships.
- You have a strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and content trends.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, partnerships, or communications is a plus, but not required.
- You are results-driven and motivated by growth.
- You speak fluent German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
