What you can expect:
- Active sales: Acquiring new customers and developing relationships with existing distributors and end users.

Lead management: Qualifying incoming enquiries (leads) and nurturing them through to closure.

Quotation management: Preparing, following up and finalizing of quotations

Customer advice: Providing needs-based advice on products and services

Order processing: Receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and creating credit notes for returns and refunds

Complaints management: Receiving complaints, analysing causes and finding appropriate solutions or alternatives
What we are looking for:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in natural sciences, biology, biochemistry and/or chemistry, or a business degree or qualification, e.g. in the fields of wholesale/foreign trade

Good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using an ERP system

Experience in establishing and developing international trading partnerships

Strong communication skills at an international level

Good command of German and very good professional command of written and spoken English

Additional language skills and experience are an advantage
