What you will do

Gain deep insights and experience of how an international tech company drives its Finance activities. For that, you will agree on several rotations in different departments across the company with your mentor

Learn about the business by looking from multiple angles at business processes

Gain exposure to senior management from Day 1

Work for a global company with opportunities to travel/work abroad

Take responsibility with perseverance: You are closely incorporated in functional and project tasks and into the daily operational work

What you will need

Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
-
First experience in a similar field is an advantage

Proficiency with numbers and ability to understand and work with complex concepts and data sets

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

International/intercultural experience gained during studies or internships

High level of motivation and willingness to learn

Proactive mindset focused on high quality results combined with out-ofthe-box thinking

Strong collaborative and team-working skills, structured and solutionoriented working methods
