- Handle, control and develop all sales activities defined project and daily business
- Continuous improvement of customer relations and mutual information flow
- Build up confidence and taking care of innovation, technical competence with the aim of receiving orders
Main Responsibilities
- Set up quotations in co-operation with Engineering, Costing, Purchasing and Operations as well as order negotiations
- Implement modification costs/ cost proceeding in current projects and realization in the plants
- Prepare and realize presentations
- Guarantee actual status of piece price lists
- Collaborate within project SDT’s
- Provision and updating of information for:
- Customer organization
- Purchasing strategies
- Technical development
- Customer contacts
- Development and taking care of business contacts to all customer departments
- Collection and analysis of information / data regarding customer satisfaction as well as initiation and follow up of improvement measure
- Active communication regarding potential improvements / innovations regarding products and processes (towards customer; internal)
Education
University graduation in engineering/economics (preferably mechanical engineering)
Work Experience
- Min 5 yrs work experiences
- 2-3 years in Sales or 2-3 years as development engineer, in each case within Automotive Industry
- Commercial/ technical knowledge
- Understanding for production/ quality processes within Automotive Industry
