Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Polymer Chemistry or a related field, concluded with a PhD (or Diploma), with experience in polycondensation processes.
A minimum of 3 years industrial experience in batch operated stirred tank reactor processes, preferably polycondensation processes.

Well-versed in HAZOP analysis, process simulation, process automation, techno-economic analysis, and mass and energy balancing.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German language skills are advantageous.
