We are seeking a Station Manager to lead our dedicated team in our facility in Sindelfingen. The Station Manager is responsible for the leadership of the office, managing operational activities and ensuring seamless coordination between all areas of the corporation. This role requires a focus on achieving operational income-goals, optimizing operational quality, maintenance of the facility and fostering a motivated and high-performing team. You will have responsibility for the local operations, and people management adhering to local and corporate guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development: Schedule and conduct regular team meetings, training, and coaching to foster a high-performance culture. Provide regular feedback to your team members and take accountability for team performance
Process Optimization: Analyses and document operational processes, identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse performance reports to drive informed decision-making within the department
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and integrate new regulations into operational procedures
Collaboration & Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, transporters, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless operations
Problem Solving: Proactively address complex operational challenges and advise the Country Manager on necessary improvements
Station Management Activities: Serve as the primary point of contact for our landlord and vendors, while ensuring the effective maintenance and management of the facility.

Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on operational procedures
Minimum skills required:
Fluency in German and strong command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or logistics sector
Pay range: 65,000 - 85,000 EUR
