We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for pharmaceutical clients in Germany. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Lead end-to-end project planning and execution.

Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project deliverables.

Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, developers, QA, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements.

Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Drive Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare project status reports and executive presentations.

Ensure high-quality delivery within scope and deadlines.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.

5+ years of Project Management experience.

Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
