Help us build the future of enterprise software.
At ValueMiner, we’re building a Company OS—a platform that connects knowledge, processes, documents, assets and AI agents into a single system.
We don’t build isolated applications.
We’re building the platform intelligent enterprise software will run on.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer who wants to take ownership of the platform as a whole.
Not just a frontend.
Not just a backend service.
But software.
One day you’ll build a new frontend.
The next you’ll optimize a graph algorithm.
Then you’ll improve API performance.
Or develop a new AI capability.
If there’s an interesting technical challenge anywhere in the platform, chances are you’ll be working on it.
⸻
What you’ll work on
You’ll contribute across the entire platform:
- Frontend (Angular & TypeScript)
- Backend services and APIs (Go)
- Knowledge Graphs
- Graph algorithms and traversals
- AI and agent systems
- Semantic search
- Performance and scalability
- Databases, storage and indexing
- Software architecture
⸻
Who we’re looking for
You’re a curious software engineer who enjoys writing code and understanding complex systems.
You like learning new technologies, taking ownership and continuously improving software.
Ideally, you’ve worked with several of these technologies:
- Go
- TypeScript & Angular
- Rust or C++
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Redis, MySQL or similar databases
- Cloud-native architectures
- AI or agent systems
You don’t need experience with everything.
But you should be excited about understanding all of it.
⸻
Why ValueMiner?
- Build a platform instead of isolated customer projects.
- Work across the entire software stack.
- Influence architecture, performance and technical decisions.
- Small team. Real ownership. Fast decisions.
- Modern technologies and the freedom to improve them.
- On-site collaboration in Munich.
⸻
Interested?
We’re not looking for the perfect résumé.
We’re looking for an engineer who loves building software, enjoys taking ownership and wants to create technology they’ll still be proud of ten years from now.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
