TK Elevator is currently driving a comprehensive business transformation program to deliver ambitious growth and efficiency targets. The program is led and coordinated by the Transformation Office.
As an intern or working student (d/f/m) in Global Business Transformation Office, you will work with an experienced transformation team in an international environment. Your main tasks are as follows:
Project & workshop work – support our Change Management projects and gain valuable experience in cross-functional teams-
Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects

Working with the Transformation team on analyses to identify value creation opportunities across the TKE Group

Working independently on processes for reviewing and reporting progress across the global portfolio of projects

Contributing to development of key transformation

Creating materials – whether presentations, information documents, or internal articles – you will prepare content for different target groups in an appealing way

Conducting analyses & using feedback
5You are currently studying economics, communication sciences, psychology, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on change management or business psychology, and want to put your expertise to the test in practice

Experience in the field of business development/transformation, strategy, project management, and/or consulting

Strong conceptual and analytical skills

Your interest in change management, strategy, and transformation is complemented by your curiosity and desire to learn new things

Independence, sense of responsibility, and strong social and communication skills
As a proactive organizational and communication talent, you impress with your professional and independent way of working
You are confident in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and preferably already have experience with SharePoint
You are an open-minded, flexible team player
Very good English skills round off your profile
Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position or a full-time internship for 5–6 months
