- You perform functional tests and parameterization on protective relays and protective devices in medium-voltage systems. In doing so, you check the protection settings to ensure the safe operation of the system.
- You will troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in protective devices and systems.
- You conduct final inspections and tests of new protection systems before commissioning.
- You report on the condition of the protection systems and recommend measures to improve or adapt the protection technology.
- You ensure that all relevant safety and protection regulations (e.g. VDE, IEC) are complied with.
- You will assist with network calculations and the simulation of protection scenarios to optimize protection concepts.
You bring the following:
- Completed training in the electrical engineering field (e.g., electrical engineer) or a comparable qualification
- Willingness to be deployed on site and, if necessary, outside of regular working hours.
