Intern Sales Division (All genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
>> Minimum of 6 months starting from July with possible extension to 12 months.
The Requirements:
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.
Your Mission:
Provide support to the Kia Europe Sales Team, assisting with various projects, data analysis, and strategic initiatives as needed.
Support the regular monitoring / reporting of National Sales Company sales and incentive programs performance to Kia Europe Senior Management Team.
Interact with different business units within the EU Region to coordinate and consolidate market specific data.
Propose and develop data visualization and analysis, transforming complex sales data into clear, insightful reports and dashboards.
Support the development/maintenance of the Sales information-sharing platform (European HQ to National Sales Companies), ensuring a streamlined communication of relevant sales and marketing material to market stakeholders.
Support the execution of Sales Department events, Quarterly Business Review meetings, Kia Finance Kia Lease Finance Partner Review Meetings, Fleet Remarketing events participation, new model preview event planning and execution (Europe, various locations).
Represent Sales department at Monthly Departmental Meetings, ensuring relevant Sales, Finance, RV and Remarketing topics are effectively communicated to participating departments.
Your Talents:
Currently studying university degree - ideally in Business Administration or International Business.
Interest in the automotive sector, leasing, finance markets.
Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality.
Forward planner with capability to “deliver” within deadlines.
Good communication skills Stakeholder management.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and an interest in data visualization tools is beneficial.
