Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of global Reward related policies, guidelines, processes and procedures on regional level.
Provides consultancy and implementation support in the operationalization of global standards, programs and practices on regional level while adhering to strategic guidelines and targets set by Head of Rewards (based in Germany).
Provides as Subject Matter Expert state of the art support, solutions and advice to the business and involved HR functions that require expert knowhow in the delivery of a Reward related service on regional level.
Initiates and manages regional Reward projects / programs / initiatives.
Takes responsibility for the translation and adaptation of global programs and policies across topics like compensation structure, salary review, incentives / bonus as well as benefits & rewards according to regional requirements.
Contributes to quality assurance by regular measuring KPIs along Reward core processes.
Experience & further Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish), Portuguese knowledge is a plus
Professional: 3-5 years compensation experience working with North & South America.
Project Management: At least 2 years experience as Project Member.
Intercultural: At least 2 years of experience working in/with intercultural teams.
Must haves:
Building salary and equity ranges.
Strong Excel skills including using advanced features (pivot tables, look-ups, macros a plus.)
Supporting focal and bonus programs.
Market analytics and experience in supporting and evaluating compensation models and processes.
Job leveling.
Understanding of FLSA and other compensation legislated requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
