The Group Sensors is looking for an Engineer (f/m/d) for robotics and sensor integration.
- Develop and program operation routines for robotic arms
- Design and implement solutions for sensor systems that include robotic arms
- Develop software solutions for automating processes
- Support experiments, trouble shooting and optimisation of sensor systems with focus on robotic arms
- Supporting the development of data processing workflows and sensor communication protocols
- Discussions and presentations of results and achievements
- Completed university studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) with experience in Engineering or similar
- Expertise in information technology, software engineering, robotics and autonomous systems and related fields
- Background with optical imaging sensors, esp. hyperspectral sensors, and sensor integration
- In particular, experience in application-oriented programming, esp. robots (e.g. robotic arms), using C++, Python and robot-programming languages such as KRL
- High motivation to learn and find solutions for upcoming challenges
- Good communication skills and capability to work in international teams
- Good language skills in English and German, both written and spoken
