Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, contract changes, and departures).
- Maintain personnel files (digital and physical) in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Record, verify, and correct the working hours of dispatched workers.
- Compile, review, and upload the working hours and invoices of dispatched workers to our partner agencies and financial systems.
- Support payroll processing through close collaboration with external payroll service providers.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Execute the complete recruitment process for warehouse positions—from posting job advertisements to signing contracts.
- Plan and execute structured new employee onboarding training programs to ensure a smooth start. Communication, compliance, and supplier management.
- Liaise closely with the purchasing department and suppliers (especially our dispatch company) to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding company policies, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Support employee interviews and performance evaluations. Other duties:
- Assist in organizing team activities.
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management/administration, with a warehousing industry background preferred;
- Familiar with German warehousing/office regulations, safety standards, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills;
- Native Chinese speaker, business-level fluency in German (fluent English is a plus);
- Proficient in office software, with basic budget management experience. We offer:
