Support the Channel Marketing team in executing comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for retail and carrier partners in Germany.
- Manage day-to-day relationships and negotiate directly with key partners to ensure activities align with core commercial objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of BTL co-marketing campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis.
- Apply a strong creative eye to review partner assets and retail experiences, ensuring premium brand representation and alignment.
- Own campaign KPIs and translate performance data into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

You have 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with a strong focus on BTL and retail campaigns.
- You are fully fluent in both German and English.
- You are a true self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and drives projects forward with clear ownership.
- You are comfortable talking and negotiating with external partners to secure optimal campaign placements and mechanics.
- You bring strong attention to detail and take pride in high-quality execution.
- You thrive in dynamic environments, staying focused, structured, and collaborative.
