Produktionsleiter (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leiten der Produktion, Führen & Weiter-entwickeln der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Sicherheit, Qualität, Kosten und Lieferservice im Produktionsbereich
- Organisation, Steuerung, Optimierung und Kontrolle der betrieblichen Abläufe & Prozesse
- Erarbeiten und Umsetzen von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Planung von Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Instandhaltungs-leitung
- Technische Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Prozesstechnik, Instandhaltung und Supply Chain
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Fertigungssteuerung
- Budgetplanung und Überwachung der Umsetzung
- Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Schulungen des Personals
- Beteiligung an Audits in Kooperation mit dem Qualitätsmanagement
Ihr Profil:
- Bachelor im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (Industriemeister oder Techniker) mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen im industriellen Bereich
- Übersicht über Zusammenhänge mit anderen Arbeitsgebieten und Abteilungen
- Eigenständige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift vorhanden
- Sehr gute Anwendungskenntnisse der MS Office Tools,
- insbesondere Excel
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und Projektmanagement
