Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of three years of professional experience in project management, digital transformation, automation, or a comparable technology-driven environment
Proven experience managing complex projects in an international environment
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Solid understanding of modern technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, and workflow automation
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and data-driven solutions
Good knowledge of Python, SQL, and ideally Snowflake
Experience with modern platforms and tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or comparable technologies is an advantage
Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
