Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within corporate, consulting, technology, or professional services environments
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and interdependencies
Proven ability to define program governance, operating models, execution frameworks, and scalable delivery practices
Experience developing strategic roadmaps, program plans, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), executive reporting, and business reviews
Strong program management skills with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and resources to deliver successful outcomes in complex environments
Experience implementing Agile principles and ways of working to enable effective cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement and experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline program management processes, enhance reporting and governance, and improve delivery effectiveness
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop practical solutions
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority and build trusted partnerships across functions, geographies, and organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, lead organizational change, and drive operational improvements through structured program management approaches
Ability to work in-person and travel as needed (team schedules and office locations may vary) and flexibility to collaborate effectively across global teams and work across multiple time zones as business needs require
Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and present complex information clearly
