Your area of responsibility

Creating offers and invoices
Handling internal and external correspondence
Procuring office supplies
Planning and monitoring appointments
Preparing meetings and organizing business trips
Supporting accounting

General university entrance qualification or a very good secondary school leaving certificate and good school grades, preferably in German, English and mathematics (at least grade 2)
Knowledge of how to use a PC, especially MS Office
