In the role of the Territory Sales Manager GI&RES, IP, you will be responsible for full management of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy, respiratory care, and infection prevention covering Berlin, Brandenburg and Sachsen-Anhalt.
Your responsibilities
- Independent management and development of existing customers, as well as active acquisition of new customers in the fields of endoscopy, respiratory care, and reprocessing within the specified sales territory
- Successfully conducting sales negotiations and consistently implementing the defined sales strategy
- Full sales responsibility for the portfolio and territory
- Achieving planned sales and revenue targets
- Conducting product and system presentations in endoscopy and bronchoscopy departments
- Regular competitor monitoring and analysis to identify market opportunities
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and workshops
- Active participation in or management of continuing education programs for medical support staff
Your qualification
- A commercial, healthcare, or medical qualification, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous sales experience within the hospital, healthcare, or medical technology sector, with a passion for delivering value to customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- A structured and organized approach, enabling you to effectively manage a diverse territory and customer portfolio
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong focus on finding solutions and achieving results
- Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or other business systems
- A collaborative approach, thriving as part of a high-performing team while working independently in the field
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory
