Mission of the Candidate
Provide technical support for customers before and after sales
️ Conduct equipment installation, testing, demos, and troubleshooting
Deliver customer training and create German-language manuals, videos, and documentation
Collect user feedback and liaise with HQ for product improvement
Support local service center setup and handle minor equipment repairs
Assist the sales manager with customer visits and product certification tasks
Must-have Qualifications
German national, fluent in German and English
️ 3–5 years of technical support / FAE experience in surveying or construction equipment
Strong hands-on skills and excellent communication abilities
Willingness to travel regularly for field service
Valid driver’s license
