The Senior Expert IT Provider Management (m/f/d) is responsible for ensuring the effective governance, performance, and strategic alignment of external IT service providers with the organization’s business objectives. This role acts as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external providers, ensure fulfillment of contracted services, driving value creation, risk mitigation, and compliance across all provider engagements. The position focuses on optimizing contractual agreements, monitoring service delivery, and fostering long-term partnerships that support innovation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
