Aeterna is Hiring: Freelance Acquisition Agents (Germany)

Are you a natural dealmaker who enjoys finding opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals?
Aeterna is expanding across Germany and is looking for ambitious Freelance Acquisition Agents to help us source apartments and secure tenant placements.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for identifying new rental opportunities, connecting with landlords, and helping grow Aeterna’s portfolio.
Your responsibilities include:
* Finding apartments and rental opportunities across Germany.
* Sourcing leads through platforms such as Kleinanzeigen, ImmoScout24, social media, local networks, and direct outreach.
* Contacting landlords and property owners.
* Setting appointments and conducting meetings on behalf of Aeterna.
* Negotiating and closing partnership agreements with landlords.
* Supporting tenant placements by either sourcing tenants yourself or collaborating with local agents and partners.
* Building your own pipeline and creating opportunities wherever you see them.
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable with cold outreach and sales conversations.
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Previous experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, real estate, or deal closing is a plus but not required.
* English proficiency required.
* German is highly desirable but not mandatory.
* Additional European languages are a strong advantage.
