- Lead the Group Competence Center IT Support within Group IT Operations and build and manage an international, interdisciplinary team
- Drive the strategic and operational development of Group IT support

- Act as a central interface between IT teams, business units, and end users
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners across cultures
- Oversee ITIL-based incident, request, and problem management
- Responsibility for planning, managing, and monitoring the budget as well as ensuring sustainable cost management
- Monitor and optimize performance using KPIs, SLAs, and user feedback
