As a Team Leader for our warehouse logistics, you ensure that operations run smoothly. You transform your colleagues into a high-performing team and stand out through your organizational skills and strong self-management.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop: Manage, mentor, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of safety, respect, and high performance.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve warehouse workflows to increase efficiency and throughput.
- Operations Management: Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and picking/packing processes.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed and error rates.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all German health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed on the warehouse floor.
Your Profile
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Languages: Fluency in German is mandatory to ensure smooth communication with the team and compliance with local regulations. A good command of English is required to thrive in our international structure.
- IT Savvy: Proficient in MS Office / google docs and experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Mindset: You are a hands-on leader who leads by example, remains calm under pressure, and enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
- You are a leader by example who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and support your team on the floor during peak times.
