The Opportunity
We are currently providing consulting services for major hyperscale data centre developments in the greater Frankfurt region, and are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead delivery on behalf of our client.
As Project Director, you will represent PM Group at the highest level, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful end-to-end project execution within a complex, mission-critical environment.

Your role
Provide strategic leadership for the full project lifecycle, from design through commissioning and handover
Act as senior client interface, ensuring alignment on objectives, risk management, and performance
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary PMC teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Drive performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics

Your profile
Extensive experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects
Proven track record in senior project leadership roles within PMC, consultancy, or client-side environments
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability

Good knowledge of DACH region H&S statutory requirements and understanding contractual models and supply chain capability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Proficiency in English and B2+ level in German of advantage
