Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, International Management, or Engineering.
Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word practitioner.
Strong Analytical skills.
Willingness to work in an international team.
Strong communication skills and motivated team-player.
Structured and well-organized working style.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) German as plus.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual customer satisfaction survey in close collaboration with Project Owners.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect required inputs, data, and feedback for survey setup and execution.
Track, follow up on, and analyze survey participation rates across markets and stakeholders.
Assist with troubleshooting and stakeholder support in case of questions or issues during the survey process.
Support Project Managers in the execution and coordination of ongoing strategic and operational projects.
Prepare documentation, presentations, and status updates for project-related activities.
Conduct other ad-hoc tasks as required.
