You plan, coordinate, and manage our vehicles and drivers to guarantee maximum satisfaction for both customers and team members. • • Your core task is the efficient tour and deployment planning of our vehicle fleet, taking into account cost-effectiveness and adherence to deadlines. • • You coordinate and control our drivers and vehicles to ensure optimal transport processes. • • Processing and scheduling transport orders and creating the necessary documents are part of your daily business. • • You actively monitor shipment progress and ensure punctual and reliable delivery. • • As the central point of contact, you will proactively communicate with customers and partners regarding all transport-related questions and concerns. • • If problems or malfunctions occur, you will quickly find the appropriate answer in a solution-oriented manner. • • You always ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and our high quality standards in the transport sector.
Requirements: • • Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding clerk • • Relevant professional experience in the dispatching of truck traffic • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written • • Confident handling of freight forwarding software and MS Office applications • Excellent organizational skills and geographical knowledge • High resilience, flexibility and problem-solving skills • • A customer- and service-oriented mindset
