In dieser spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Funktion sind Sie mitverantwortlich für alle Qualitätsthemen am Standort und bilden mit dem lokalen Qualitätsteam die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, unserer Produktion sowie weiteren internen Abteilungen. Weiterhin stellen Sie sicher, dass die Qualitätsanforderungen sowie das Budget eingehalten werden und sind erster Ansprechpartner in qualitätsrelevanten Themen zum Kunden. Durch Ihr eigenverantwortliches, selbständiges und proaktives Arbeiten tragen Sie wesentlich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.
SIE BEGEISTERN SICH FÜR...
Erfassung und Konsolidierung Qualitätsstatus und -stand bei Produkten und Kunden
Weiterführung Produktionslenkungsplan ab Serienübergabe (PEP-Gate 8) für zugewiesene Produkte und Pflege der entsprechenden Qualitätsdokumentation (z.B. Prüfanweisungen, Wareneingangsprüfpläne)
Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Betreuung von qualitätsrelevanten Kundenbesuchen am Produktionsstandort
Unterweisung von Produktionsmitarbeitern in qualitätsrelevanten Aspekten zu Bauteilen und Produktionsprozessen
Abwicklung von Kundenreklamationen im Kundensystem
Durchführung von regelmäßigen Produkt- und Prozeßaudits zu den Bauteilen und deren Herstellungsprozessen
Planung und Umsetzung von Bemusterungsaktivitäten für Änderungen und Verlagerungen nach Serienübergabe (PEP Gate 8)
Sicherstellung der Requalifikationsvorgaben für die Bauteile
Durchführung von internen Produkt- und Prozeßfreigaben im Änderungsfall nach Serienübergabe (PEP Gate 8)
Durchführung von Lieferantenbemusterungen im Rahmen der Bauteile
