Within two years of operations, we have managed to acquire projects in excess of EUR 850m GDV and are looking to add a further EUR 2-5 billion of GDV in the next 5 years.
Job Description

Focus on deal execution, working directly with the partners on performing detailed assessment of investment opportunities and transaction management

Conduct commercial due diligence and coordinate technical and legal due diligence with external providers

Assist in the execution of transactions such as interaction with vendors, draft-ing of offers and contract negotiations

Interact with your colleagues to understand an asset’s business plan, strategize financing objectives and fulfil lender diligence requests

Develop detailed financial models to evaluate financial merits of transactions

Draft presentations for our investors and external stakeholders

Take ownership and working highly independently on various projects
Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Economics with strong GPA

First working experience in high performance environments such as investment banking, consulting and/or private equity

Ideally a background in and passion for real estate investing and development

Strong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-oriented mindset

Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and financial modelling in Excel
-
Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Possessing a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and passion for excellence

Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment

Ability to partner across teams, summarise issues, develop recommendations, and make decisions

Fluency in German and English required, further languages like Spanish a plus
